VII. fig. 2.) 1953 Acarinina rotundimarginata SUBBOTINA sp. n. - SUBBOTINA, p. 234, pi. 25, fig. 1-3. Description; Test medium, spherical, rounded in outline, low trochospiral ,composed of 2 whorls, dorsal side slightly raised, moderately inflated, ventral side highly raised and strongly inflated. Peripheral margin rounded. Chambers on the dorsal side 12 arranged in 2 whorls. The last whorl composed of 4 triangular, equal in size chambers. Wall calcareous perforate, finely spinose. Sutures slightly depressed gently curved on the dorsal side, strongly depressed radial on the ventral side. Um­bilicus narrow, open. Aperture a narrow arch interiomarginal , extraumbilical - umbilical. Diameter: 0,32 mm Occurrence : This species occurs abundantly in G. velascoensis zone, sample no. 4. Taramsa section. Stratigraphie range: A. rotundimarginata was first described by SUBBOTINA (1953) from the lower Eocene of the Kuban River in northern Caucasus U.S.S.R.
