Occurrence. Common in the Buda Marl. More frequent in the ' Oligocène horizons of the Buda Marl and in the Kiscell Clay. Present in both regions studied. Kenawy (1968) described its presence in the Globigerina opima Zone at Eger, Noszvaj and Törökbálint. Globigerina aff. praebulloides Blow (Plate IV. 22/a-c) aff. Globigerina praebulloides Blow, 1959, Bull. Amer, Pal, 39. .No. 178. p. 180,- figs, 47 a-c pi. 9. fig. 48, Description. Test of medium size, of three whorls, Trochospire low. Four chambers in the last whorl, all inflated.. Aperture very big, high, asymmetrically arched,, delimited by a narrow, rim-like lip. Umbilicus large. Sutures are depressed, right, radial on both the dorsal and the ventral surfaces. Test wall finely perforated, smooth. Occurrence. Very rare in the Buda Marl; till now it. has been found in the Cylindroclavulina cylindrica Zone, in the horizon of small Globigerinidae and in the planktonlferous in­tercalation of the Tard facies.
