The comme-morative medals in his collection prove a random rather than history- oriented attitude. The historical coins on the other hand are far more valuable and important, as Jankóvich himself was interested in the history of coin money, and became an expert of the field. In the publication there will be 16 golden medals presented. In the following years we hope that there will be an opportunity to exhibit all of the golden medals of the Jankovich-collection acquired by the Hungarian National Museum.
