long as pedicel; F2 slightly longer than F3; F3-F5 much longer than broad and subequal; F6-F13 nearly equal in length, the ratio of scapus, pedicel and Fl-Fl I as follows: 0.95:0.8:1.0:0.86:0.68: 0.68:0.68:0.59: 0.59:0.55:0.55:0.5:0.5:0.45:0.45:0.45. Placodeal sensilla on F1-F13 (Fig. 3). Mesosoma 1.2 times as long as high; black, glabrous, with very few short, white setae. Pronotum alutaceous, impressed and dull coriaceous, with short, strong, parallel rugae along the ventrolateral edge; anterior rim of pronotum, narrow, delicately coriaceous to smooth, without striae; propleuron black, delicately coriaceous, with dense white setae, strongly concave in medio-central part, prosternum black, delicately transversely striate, furcal pit large. Scutum smooth, shiny, with complete narrow, shallow notauli, reaching pronotum, with sparse, short white setae along notauli; distance between notauli at the posterior end of scutum equal to distance between notaulus and lateral edge of scutum; anterior parallel lines, parapsidal lines and median mesoscutal line absent. Scutum nearly as long as broad in dorsal view (largest width measured across scutum on the level of the base of tegulae); from the level of tegulae narrowing down toward posterior end; scutum emarginated on both lateral sides and slightly elevated in posterior part, along dorsoaxillar area; transscutal articulation absent (Fig. 4). Scutellum smooth, shiny, with few sparse, white setae, emarginated laterally and posteriorly, laterally coriaceous to rugose; elongated, longer than broad in dorsal view, flattened dorsally, slightly overhanging metanotum; scutellar foveae in a form of transverse impression, not separated by a median carina, with smooth and shiny bottom (Fig. 5). Mesopleuron smooth, shiny or with very delicate parallel striae in the posterior half and in the middle, with very few short white setae in the postero-ventral part; acetabular carina very narrow laterally; lateral axillar area black, shiny, alutaceous or nearly smooth; axillula very delicately coriaceous, without setae; subaxillular bar narrow, glabrous; metapleural sulcus reach mesopleuron in the upper 1/3 (Fig. 6). Metascutellum very narrow, smooth, shiny; metanotal trough smooth, shiny, without setae; ventral impressed area of dorsellum smooth, shiny, very narrow, 1/3 to 1/4 of dorsellum height; median (central) propodeal area smooth, shiny, without distinct lateral propodeal area, with very delicate irradiating parallel striae; lateral propodeal area with very few short setae, also alutaceous or very delicately coriaceous (Fig. 7). Forewing hyaline, 2.0 mm in length, without smoky spots, with long marginal cilia, radial cell 4.2-4.4 times as long as broad; Rl angled, nearly reaching margin, Rs long, reaching margin of wing, areolet triangular, closed and distinct (Fig. 8). Tarsal claws simple, without basal lobe. Metasoma uniformly black, longer than head+mesosoma, strongly compressed laterally, nearly 2.0 times as high as long; all tergites smooth, glabrous, without micropunctures and setae; metasomal tergite 2 occupying nearly 1/3 of metasoma in dorsal view. Ventral spine of hypopygium stout, prominent part very short, nearly as long as broad, with very few sparse white setae. Figs 9-10. Neuroterus gyulaigaraiae sp. n., gall: 9 = general view, 10 = dissected gall, with central larval chamber
