the level of the clypeus. Lower face with strong striae, irradiating from clypeus and nearly reaching the eye, median elevated area coriaceous, without striae. Clypeus trapezoid, delicately coriaceous, with slightly elevated postero-median area; anterior tentorial pits rounded, deep and distinct, epistomal sulcus and clypeo-pleurostomal line distinctly separating clypeus from lower face, ventral margin slightly emarginated (Fig. 93). Vertex, interocellar area and occiput delicately coriaceous. Postocciput dark brown, with dense white setae; posterior tentorial pits deep, shiny, smooth, elongated; gula broader than high, lower part narrowed down to hypostomal carina, which is strong, emarginated (Fig. 95). Labial palp 3-segmented, with very indistinct small terminal peg, last segment densely setose (Fig. 100); maxillar palp 4-segmented, terminal peg hardly detectable, very small, last segment densely setose (Fig. 101). Antenna 14-segmented (in some specimens an indistinct suture is detectable between Fl 2 and F13 and antenna thus appears 15-segmented); shorter than body; pedicel 2.0 times as long as broad; Fl slightly shorter than F2 (the longest flagellomere), 2.5 times as long as pedicel; F3 only slightly shorter than F2; Fl 2 1.5 times as long as Fl 1; the ratio of scape, pedicel and F1-F12 as follows: 0.7:0.4:1.0:1.1:1.16:0.9:0.87:0.8:0.67:0.5:0.5:0.5:0.5:0.8. Placodeal sensilla on F4-F12, absent on F1-F3 (Fig. 98). Mesosoma 1.2 times as long as high, uniformly yellow. Pronotum coriaceous, with some wrinkles in the postero-dorsal part, with sparse white setae points along dorsal and anterior edge, antero-lateral edge along propleura impressed and emarginated on the edge (Fig. 104). Propleuron yellow to whitish yellow, with delicate transverse parallel striae, without setae, strongly concave in medio-central part, prosternum whitish yellow, delicately transversely striate, furcal pit large. Scutum subquadrate, nearly as long as broad in dorsal view (largest width measured across scutum at the level of the bases of the tegulae), smooth, with very few short white setae, especially along notauli, only slightly longer than broad in dorsal view. Notauli complete, shallow, uniformly broad, with smooth bottom, distance between notauli at the posterior end shorter than distance between notaulus and lateral edge of scutum; anterior parallel and parapsidal lines absent, invisible, median scutellar line absent (in some specimens present in a form of very short and slightly impressed triangle; distinct pattern of dark brown lines visible on scutum (Fig. 103). Scutellum subquadrangular, slightly longer than broad in dorsal view, overhanging metanotum; disk of scutellum flat, with few sparse setae, rugose, sculpture more delicate towards scutellar foveae. Scutellar foveae deep, smooth, separated by distinct narrow median carina. Dorso-axillar area delicately coriaceous, with sparse white setae (Fig. 103). Mesopleuron yellow, mainly smooth, shiny, with parallel striae in the antero-ventral 1/4, coriaceous in the antero-dorsal impressed 1/3, below tegula; acetabular carina very narrow laterally; lateral axillar area dull coriaceous; axillula coriaceous, with setae; subaxillular bar smooth, shiny; metapleural sulcus not reaching mesopleuron, curved toward it in the anterior 1/3; propodeal spiracle large, almost circular (Fig. 104). Metanotum yellow, delicately coriaceous, metanotal trough yellow, with delicate subparalell longitudinal striae, area between them smooth, shiny, without setae; ventral impressed area of dorsellum as high as central part of metanotum, yellow with subparallel delicate striae; median (central) propodeal area yellow, with many strong irregular wrinkles, without setae, wrinkles indistinctly limited to the central propodeal area; lateral propodeal area also with strong irregular wrinkles, with whitish setae much longer than those on head, scutum and scutellum (Fig. 105). Forewing longer than body, hyaline, veins dark brown to black, margin with long dense cilia, radial cell 4.2 times as long as broad; Rl angled, Rs long, reaching wing margin, areolet large, triangular, closed and distinct; Rs+M not reaching M, its projection reaches M in the basal half (Fig. 102). Tarsal claws very narrow, long, simple, without basal lobe. Metasoma higher than long, longer than head+mesosoma and much higher than mesosoma, strongly compressed laterally; all tergites smooth, shiny, without punctures, yellow, tergite 2 occu-
