Head and thorax covered with sparse whitish pubescence about 2/3 times as long as the diameter of the front ocellus. Abdominal tergites with fine coriaceous surface sculpture, slightly shining. Penis valve in Fig. 13. OOL:POL:OCL = 15:17:6. Ratios of the antennái segments = 7:5:29:29:29:23:21:21:26. Ratios of the hind tarsal segments = 28:11:10:4:10. Length of inner hind tibial spur : length of hind basitarsus : maximal width of hind tibia = 14:28:9, Genal length : diameter of the front ocellus =1:1. Longest axis of the eye : length of the 3rd antennái segment = 33:29. Length: 5.7 mm. Length of the fore wing: 5.0 mm. Pristiphora puncticeps (Thomson, 1862) is closely related to the new species, but its penis valve is much more flattened as it figured in Zhelochovtsev 1988, Fig. 146. Pristiphora mongoloexigua sp. n. (Fig. 12) Body black. Mouthparts, anterior margin of clypeus, mostly the pronotum, tegulae, all legs including coxae and trochanters, last abdominal sternite yellowish but the apices of hind tibiae and hind tarsi brown. Mesonotum, pronotum and mesoscutellar appendage very densely, minutely punctured with very fine punctures, granulated and slightly shining. Mesoscutellum with few large punctures, otherwise with rough irregular sculpture. Postscutellum finely punctured with larger shining interspaces, shining. Mesopleuron densely punctured with small and moderately deep punctures and small interspaces, shining. Head and thorax covered with sparse whitish pubescence about half as long as the diameter of the front ocellus. Abdominal tergites with fine coriaceous surface sculpture, moderately shining. Last abdominal tergite without apical projection. Penis valve in Fig. 12. OOL:POL:OCL= = 15:13:5. Ratios of the antennái segments = 4:7:22:22:22:18:15:15:18. Ratios of the hind tarsal segments = 25:12:10:5:8. Length of the inner hind tibial spur : length of basitarsus : maximal width of hind tibia = 2:5:2. Genal length : diameter
