Bessenyi, Rónaszékiné. - 21 specimens are present in HNHM from Hárskút, Nagyvisnyó, Dunakeszi, Síkfőkút, Szászka [Rumania] and other localities of the Bükk and Pilis mountains. The species has only been reported in a table (Kozánek & Belcari 1995: 174); new to Hungary. Pipunculus lichtwardti Kozánek, 1981 — 1 female: Bocsa, 1996. Kovács E.; 2 males: ibid, [one of the two males is deposited in SAS] - Only 4 specimens are present in HNHM. New to the fauna of Hungary. The species has only been reported in a table (Kozánek & Belcari 1995: 174); new to Hungary. Pipunculus spinipes Meigen, 1830 — 1 female: Csévharaszt, erdő [forest], leg. Draskovits, 1983. V. 17. - 24 specimens are present in HNHM from Dobogókő, Tihany, Csévharaszt, Sümeg, Pécs, Lakitelek, Fülöpháza, Csornád, Budapest, Kalocsa, Kőszeg, Mehádia [Rumania] and other localities of the Pilis, Mecsek, Bükk, Börzsöny and Vértes Mountains. The species has only been reported in a table (Kozánek & Belcari 1995: 174); new to Hungary. Pipunculus thomsoni Becker, 1898 — 1 male: Budajenő, Townes-csapda [trap], 1966. V. 20, leg. Horvatovich. - 51 specimens are present in HNHM from Tiszatarján, Oszla [Cserépfalu], Budajenő, Hárskút, Hajmáspuszta, Zirc, Mátraháza, Tihany, Csévharaszt, Nagyenyed [Aiud, Rumania], Miskolc, Ujszentmargita, Vychodná [Slovakia], Obánya, Budapest, Hejőbába, Tata, Síkfőkút, Vinye, Mátraszentimre, Kardosrét, Bártfa [Bardejov, Slovakia], Ajka, Iharkút and other localities of the Bükk, Mátra, Mecsek, Börzsöny, Kőszegi mountains. The species has only been reported in a table (Kozánek & Belcari 1995: 174); new to Hungary. Pipunculus varipes Meigen, 1824 - 1 female: Bükk NP, Szentlélek-hg. [mountain], 1979. VI. 11, leg. Bajza - Papp. - This is the only specimen in HNHM. The species was mentioned before only in tables and distribution lists without catching data; new to Hungary.
