Head from above (Fig. 22) 2.0 times as wide as long, as wide as thorax; occiput strongly transversely striated; vertex reticulate-coriaceous and with some transverse striae; frons finely fan-like striated, just above antennái insertions transversely striated. OOL:POL:LOL = 5:10:4. Head from front 1.2 times as wide as high. Antenna (Fig. 23) with A 1 shorter than height of head (6:7). Figs 22-25. Platygaster aebeloeensis sp. n. female. - 22: head in dorsal view; 23: antenna; 24: scutellum in lateral view; 25: metasoma in dorsal view. Scale bar = 0.25 mm Mesosoma 1.4 times as long as wide, very slightly higher than wide. Sides of pronotum weakly longitudinally reticulate, smooth along hind margin. Mesoscutum faintly longimdinally reticulate-coriaceous, with sparse hairs, notauli indicated in posterior half; mid lobe posteriorly blunt, slightly prolonged; wide scuto-scutellar grooves covered by dense hairs. Mesopleura smooth, with a few wrinkles below tegulae. Scutellum (Fig. 24) evenly convex, slightly above mesoscutum, almost smooth but with numerous slightly raised hair-implantations, in dorsal view with a slight longitudinal impression medially. Metapleura with greyish pilosity all over. Propodeal carinae dark and strong, hardly diverging, transverse area in between smooth and shiny. Fore wing 0.9 times as long as body, 2.3 times as long as wide, rather densely hairy and with yellowish tint; marginal cilia very short, almost absent. Hind wing 4.7 times as long as wide, with two frenal hooks; marginal cilia hardly 0.25 width of wing.
