Diagnosis — Adults of the sexual generation of P. razeti closely resembles P. australis (Mayr) and P. panteli (Pujade-Villar), also are similar to P. quercusilicis (Fabricius) in the body coloration. Sexual female of P. razeti is similar in colour to some P. quercusilicis (which have a great range of chromatic variation) but the shape of the scutellar foveae is different and POL:OOL is larger than in P. quercusilicis . It differs from P. australis by the sculpture of the vertex and the mesosoma. Finally, P. panteli differs from P. razeti by the shape of notauli, scutellar foveae and the sculpture of the pronotum. Male of P. razeti can be easily separated from P. quercusilicis and P. panteli in their relative ocellar size and in a smaller quotient of OOL-ocellar diameter. It differs from P. australis not only in chromatic characters (uniformly amber or yellow-reddish body in P. australis) but also by the sculpture of the lateral part of the pronotum and the length of flagellomeres. Description — Female: 1.4-2.3 mm. Body amber-yellow, head and antenna darker; 3rd and 4th flagellomeres lighter; legs lighter than mesosoma; propodeum dark; metasoma reddish with more or less expanded black spot in the superior "part, anterior basal part lighter; fore wing slightly clouded, veins brown. Head sparsely pubescent, especially lower face (Fig. 4A); gena not broadened behind eye; clypeus with distinct irradiating striae reaching toruli; transfacial line slightly longer than eye height; distance between toruli and inner margin of eye slightly longer than the diameter of toruli; frons weakly coriaceous, with striae and median frontal carina more distinct in lateral view; vertex coriaceous; POL:OOL:LOL is 17:11:8; lateral ocellus diameter 4. Antenna 14segmented; pedicel clearly longer than broad; Fl curved, proximally thinner, 3 times as long as broad, subsequent flagellomeres decrease progressively in length and become thicker; F 10 subsquared, Fll longer than broad, F 12 twice as long as broad; mesosoma (Figs 4C-D) shining, 1.3 times as long as high in lateral view; pronotum strongly coriaceous laterally, sometimes with reticulate-rugose sculpture, without longitudinal carinae laterally; scutum nearly smooth, alutaceous, pubescent laterally prolong notauli; notauli narrow, complete, reaching pronotum, very shallow in anterior 1/3, rectilineous and not convergent posteriorly; median scutellar sulcus absent; scutellum pubescent, more or less circular, weakly rugose, and slightly marginate; scutellar foveae narrow, transverse, smooth, glabrous, delimited posteriorly and touching one another only along a very short area; mesopleuron transversely sculptured, in between coriaceous and reticulate, limited by few striae in inferior part; mctascutellum smooth; lateral propodeal carinae strongly bent outwards, limiting central area with radial carinae and conspicuous, strong median carina; fore wing pubescent, basal cell also; radial cell opened, 4 times as long as broad; areolet small, closed, pubescent; metasoma strongly compressed laterally, shining and nearly smooth, except some weakly marked spots on lateral parts of 3rd and 4th terga; 2nd tergum with a row of setae at the basis; ventral spine of hypopygium slightly more than twice as long as broad, with sparse scattered white setae. Male: 1.3-1.8 mm. Head amber-yellow, in some specimens black. Head (Fig. 4B) similar of female, but length of transfacial line 1.5 times as short as eye height; POL:OOL:LOL is 11:4:4; ocelli larger, lateral ocellus diameter 6; antenna 15-segmented, longer than in female; pedicel subglobosc, nearly as long as broad; Fl conspicuously curved, 4 times as long as broad; subsequent flagellomeres decreasing in length and F12 twice as long as broad, F 13 as long as F 12; mesosoma similar to female, but scutum nearly smooth and shining; scutellum longer than broad; scutellar foveae more shallow, indistinctly limited posteriorly; radial carinae of propodeum less marked; metasoma short, petiole longer than broad, yellow.
