However, it differs from the latter by its aspidial structure and the special development of the genital setae. It should be stressed that according to many special characteristics (e. g. aspidial sculpture, crista on aspis present, heterotrichy of the genital setae) the new taxon is similar to the genus Sumatrotritia Mahunka, 1989. On the other hand, the situation of the bothridial squama, the setation of the legs, the number of genital setae reject close relation, rather should we think here about a typical case of parallel evolution.
