Clypeus slightly, triangularly excised to 1/4 of the total length of the clypeus. Thorax black. Pronotum, tegulae and a horizontal line at the base of mesoscutellum yellow. Mesonotum and scutellum shining, moderately densely but not uniformly punctured with interspaces 0.8-4.0 x as large as the diameter of a puncture. Mesonotum sparsely covered with white pubescence about 2/3 x as long as the diameter of the front ocellus. Propleuron with dense pubescence about as long as the length of front ocellus. Mesoscutellar appendage and postscutellum smooth and shining. Mesopleuron deeply, uniformly but not roughly punctured. Mesosternum densely, moderately deeply punctured, shining. Wings slightly infuscated. Venation and stigma black. Claw with inner tooth longer than apical one. Abdomen yellow. 1st abdominal segment entirely black; 2nd abdominal segment with a large dorsal black spot divided by a longitudinal yellow line in the middle. 3rd abdominal tergite with short black line on its hind margin; 4th tergite with horizontal black band which covering the half of this tergite. 5th—7th tergites black on their dorsal surface; 8th tergite mainly black with a yellow horizontal band; 9th black with large yellow spot in the middle. 1st and 2nd abdominal tergites smooth and shining. 2nd-9th abdominal tergites moderately deeply and moderately densely punctured with interspaces 1-3 x as large as the diameter of a puncture. Punctures do not cover the whole surface of the abdominal tergites but larger, unpunctured areas cover the middle part of them. Sawsheath long and narrow, black with orange margin (Fig. 5). Length: 15.0 mm. Length of fore wing: 16.0 mm. Holotype — female: "China, Guizhou 21-26. V. 1995, 60 km N. of Kaili, ShibingYuntai Shan, E. Jednek and O. Sausa leg.". Paratypes — 4 females, labelled as the holotype. The holotype is deposited in the Department of Zoology, Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest, paratypes are deposited in the collection of the Slovak Natural History Museum, Bratislava.
