and in other places. In Szigetköz, NW Hungary, the first adult was collected by a portable light trap at Halászi (June 10, 1996, 1 9, leg. Á. Uherkovich). Plectrocnemia minima Klapálek, 1899 (Polycentropodidae). I reported its first and single Hungarian specimen in 1992 (Nógrádi 1992). Soon after that the habitat becale polluted heavily and most of the caddisflies disappeared from it. About 5 km far from its first catch, in another valley, we could collect by hand, on lamp a further male, the second Hungarian specimen. Thus, this extremely rare species still has an advantageous habitat (S Hungary, Mecsek Mts, Vékény, Vár-völgy, Spring "Iharos-forrás", June 20, 1994 1 d, leg. S. Nógrádi and Á. Uherkovich). Phryganea bipunctata Retzius, 1783 (Phryganeidae). In the collection of the Hungarian Natural History Museum voucher specimens are deposited only from three sites (Nógrádi 1989a). Later, we found it in light trap materials (e.g. Uherkovich, Nógrádi 1990). During the past years it could be more frequent than it was earlier. We collected some specimens by hand and by light traps in Szigetköz, NW Hungary (Győr-Bácsa, Püski, Rajka, Halászi), on the Northeast Lowland (Túristvándi) and in Western-Central Hungary (Kisbalaton, Zalavár). Limnephilus fuscicornis Rambur, 1842 (Limnephilidae). N Hungary, Bódvalenke, August 19, 1995, 1 6\ N Hungary, Rakacaszend, August 19, 1995, 1 9. Both leg. P. Gyulai by portable light trap. Although we could not find any voucher specimens of this species, we had to suppose that the basis of old data was right, therefore we did not remove it from the check list (Uherkovich, Nógrádi 1989). In 1995 a male and a female were captured during the same night in two sites laying close to each other by portable light trap ("black light" tube). Potamophylax luctuosus Piller et Mitterpacher, 1783 (Limnephilidae). We collected its first authentic Hungarian specimens in the Mecsek Mts, S. Hungary and near Szőce, W. Hungary (Nógrádi 1984). Later it was recorded from the Kőszeg Mts. and Sopron Mts. We were of the opinion that it was a characteristic and rare species of a few creeks of hilly or mountainous region. Consequently, we were surprised when we collected four males along the Dráva river: S Hungary, Drávasztára, May 20, 1997, 4 dd leg. Á. Uherkovich by hand and by portable light trap (UV lamp). We are sure that it lives also in the Dráva, as this species is unable to fly to a great distance. This fact also shows that the water quality of the Dráva is good in its reach of the Baranya county. Platyphylax frauenfeldi Brauer, 1857 (Limnephilidae). This rare and protected species is the most valuable member of the Hungarian caddisfly fauna, therefore, we dealt with its occurrence repeatedly. The most recent results were published in a short paper not long ago (Uherkovich, Nógrádi 1997). Annitella obscurata McLachlan, 1876 (Limnephilidae). The first two specimens were collected in the area of North Borsod Karst, N Hungary (Nógrádi 1992). This species is frequent in Slovakia, also close to the Hungarian-Slovakian border, therefore, as it was to be expected. Further specimen was collected in the Zemplén Mts, N Hungary: Kéked, Oct. 16, 1996, leg. V. G. Papp by portable light trap. Adicella balcanica Boto§äneanu et Novak, 1965 (Leptoceridae). The second specimen of this southern, southeastern species was collected along the Dráva river recently: SW Hungary, Bélavár, Dráva river, June 20, 1995, 1 9, leg. L. Ábrahám. First I reported it from the Kőszeg Mts, W Hungary (Nógrádi 1988). Its known two habitats differ from each other considerably. Sericostoma flavicornis Schneider, 1845 (Sericostomatidae). The first Hungarian specimen was invented in the collection of Hungarian Natural History Museum, from the
