A careful comparison with related species is necessary for the correct identification of this species, the differences being all relative, consequently, it has been named relativa. Aclista transversa sp. n. (Figs 9-10) Female. Length: 2.6-3.6 mm. Runs to A. prolongata (Kieffer, 1907) in Nixon's (1957) key, but A. transversa has Al hardly 3 times as long as A3 (Fig. 9), frontal prominence without an emargination, and face smooth, with very indistinct facial furrows. A. transversa differs from A. relativa in having gaster behind petiole only twice as long as wide and in having metasoma differently sculptured (Fig. 10), in lacking frontal prominence, in having smoother face, in having A3 less than twice as long as wide, and in having A 14 distinctly more transverse (length : width ratio about 3 : 5). Antenna dark brown, scape hardly lighter. Wing venation almost as in A. relativa. Petiole almost 1.6 times as long as wide (Fig. 10). Male. Much as A. prolongata, but frontal prominence without an emargination; Al hardly as long as A2-A3 combined (15 : 14); A13 1.7 times as long as wide; petiole only about 1.5 times as long as wide. Holotype female: Norway (EIS 97), NTI, Mosvik, Kilen 1-25. VII. 1994, Malaise trap (NINA leg.). Caught at station 17 in the area with coarse grained fragmentation, cf. Tommerâs and Breistein (1995). Paratypes (8 females, 2 males): Same data as holotype but caught at station 25 in the control area, 1 female; same locality 25. VII— 14. VIII. Figs 11-12. Pantoclis zorayda sp. n. holotype female. 11: antenna; 12: metasoma in dorsal view (scale bars = 0.25 mm for Fig. 11, 0.50 mm for Fig. 12)
