Holotype female: Same data as for the holotype of Miota avia sp. n. above. Paratypes (2 females): Same data as holotype but caught at station 5 in the control area, 1 female; same locality as holotype 14. VIII— 7. IX. 1994, Malaise trap at station 23 in the area with coarse grained fragmentation (NINA leg.), 1 female. One female paratype (st. 23) is deposited in the HNHM. The name refers to the unusually short flagellum of the new species. Cinetus antennatus sp. n. (Fig- 5) Male. Length: 3.0 mm. Colour blackish, antenna uniformly dark brown, legs brown. Emargination of A3 very long and deep (Fig. 5). A13 3.5 times as long as wide. Scutellar hollow large, almost rectangular, 1.8 times as wide as long. Marginális 1.2 times as long as its distance from basalis, but only three-fourths as long as radial cell. Petiole twice as long as wide, with parallel sides. Runs to C. tristis Nixon, 1957 in Nixon's (1957) key, but this species has A13 only about twice as long as wide, and emargination of A3 is very shallow. Female. Unknown. Holotype male: Norway (EIS 97), NTI, Mosvik, Kilen 9. VI-1. VII. 1994, Malaise trap (NINA leg.). Caught at station 9 in the control area, cf. Tommerâs and Breistein (1995). The name directs the attention to the characteristic antenna. Aclista praeclara Nixon, 1957 (Fig. 6) Male. Length: 3.0-3.1 mm. A3 1.3 times as long as Al, with an emargination in slightly more than basal third (Fig. 6). A13 four times as long as wide. Petiole hardly twice as long as wide. Marginális characteristically long, as in female. Figs 5-6. 5: Cinetus antennatus sp. n. holotype male. Antennái segments 1-3; 6: Aclista praeclara Nixon, 1957 male. Antennái segments 1-3 (scale bar=0.25)
