S. Mahunka szerk.: Folia Entomologica Hungarica 57. (Budapest, 1996)
1991, 1994a, 19946, 1996a); those for the adjacent countries of Hungary by Snoflák (1941, 1950) and Capek and Lukas (1989) for the former Czechoslovakia, by Fischer (1965) and Zettel (1987, 1989, 1990) for Austria. As a consequence of the present revisionary survey the following three chelonine species should be deleted from the Hungarian fauna (in brackets the bibliographic citation in which the respective species were originally reported): Microchelonus elaephilus (Silvestri) (Papp 1983a: 323), M. longiventris (Tobias) (Papp 1987: 323) and Phanerotoma planifrons (Nees) (Papp 1987: 323). In the first (I.), fourth (IV.), seventh (VII.) and tenth (X.) parts of my contributions (Papp 1979, 19836, 1985, 1994c) I have presented the personal lists of the collectors' name who contributed to the accumulation of the material serving to the faunistic survey of the Hungarian braconid wasps. Below I complete these lists with the persons' name not mentioned previously: S. Bognár, S. Endrödy-Younga, M. Kosztarab, Gy. Ladár, Mrs. J. Molnár, Á. Szentesi, L. Tanács and Mrs. I. Visóvölgyi. In the faunistic list the zoogeographical districts of the Carpathian Basin are indicated with Roman/Arabic numerals (e.g. 1/1, II/l); the Carpathian Basin as a Zoogeographie territory extends to the countries Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia (Móczár et al. 1972: cf. map on p. 114). Ascogaster Wesmael, 1835 In his monograph Huddleston (1984) has been revised 30 Ascogaster species of the Palaearctic Region, of which four species proved to be new to the science. Tobias (1986a: 299-307) added further five new species increasing to 35 the number of the species in the region indicated. Out of the 35 species in Hungary 21 species of the genus Ascogaster were detected, from among them five ones are new to its fauna (A. albitarsus, A. bicarinata, A. bidentula, A. reticulata and A. scabricula). Ascogaster abdominator (Dahlbom, 1833) (= A. instabilis Wesmael, 1835) — Widely distributed in Europe but nowhere frequent. The specimens (2 males) reported from the Hortobágy National Park (Hungary) under the name A. instabilis Wesmael (Papp 1983: 322) proved to represent A. dentifer Tobias. — Localities: 1/1: 1 female: Budapest, Városliget — II/ 1: 1 female: Németbánya, Jáger-völgy. 3 males: Pilismarót. 1 female: Pilisszentkereszt, Pilis hegy. 1 female: Tihany. 1 male: Ugod, Somberek — II/2: 1 male: Cserépfalu, Felső-Csákány. 1 female: Jósvafő, Szelce-völgy. 1 male: Kóspallag, Kis-Inóc. 1 male: Mátraszentimre, Galyatető. 1 female: Szécsény. 1 female: Szilvásvárad, Hollós-tető. 1 male: Vác, Naszály — III/2-5 (Transylvania): 1 female: Dicsőszentmárton (= Tîrnaveni). 1 male: Igenpataka (= Ighiel). 1 male: Jeder (= Iadara). 1 male: Németbogsán (= Bocça). 1 female: Szováta (= Sovata). 1 female + 1 male: Torda (= Turda). 1 female: Vársonkolyos (- Çuncuius) — V/l: 1 male: Kőszeg, Stájerházak. 1 female + 1 male: Kőszeg, Szabó-hegy — VI/2: 1 male: Mernye, taken on Matricaria inodora. 1 female: Szakonyfalu. 1 female: Szalafő — V-VIII, frequent in June-July.
