Mesoscutum anteriorly with two smooth admedian lines, whole disc rather strongly reticulate-coriaceous and with some longitudinal rugosity medially; notauli complete and strong, midlobe reaching base of scutellum. Whole mesoscutum rather densely and evenly hairy, some longer hairs cover scuto-scutellar grooves. Mesopleura bare and almost smooth. Scutellum (Fig. 11) feebly convex, at level of mesoscutum, sloping towards propodeum for most of its length, evenly reticulate-coriaceous, hairy as mesoscutum except medially. Metapleura and sides of propodeum with long and dense, whitish hairs. Propodeal keels parallel and wide apart, area in between smooth and shiny, dorsal areas lateral of keels dull and sparsely hairy. Legs with no peculiarities. Fore wing almost clear, about 2.6 times as long as wide; marginal cilia very short. Hind wing with two frenal hooks, about 3.5 times as long as wide; marginal cilia about one-fourth the width of wing. Gaster (Fig. 12) slightly narrower than thorax (11:12) and longer than head and mesosoma combined (33:23), pointed at apex. Tergite 1 with two strong and complete keels, area in between smooth and shiny and with two incomplete keels, tergite bare except laterally; T2 striated in and between basal foveae to about two-fifths of tergite, rest of tergite and the following tergites smooth, laterally with short hairs; T3-T6 combined slightly longer than T2 (8:7); T3 slightly shorter than wide at base; T4-T6 each about as long as wide at base. Hind margins of T2-T5 straight. Sternite 1 hairy; sternite 2 without a hump anteriorly between hind coxae but with long hairs basally. Colour black; antennae and legs brown. Length: 3.0 mm. Male.
