Szabóky Data to the Microlepidoptera fauna of Transylvania. - New data to the Microlepidoptera fauna of Transylvania (Rournania). Systematic list of 162 species is given. In the last decade there were several Hungarian lepidopterists who collected Lepidoptera material in Transylvania (Rournania). These collectors' main aim was to collect Macrolepidoptera but they captured several Microlepidoptera as well. The overwhelming majority of the material treated here was collected by L. Peregovits from the Zoological Department of the Hungarian Natural History Museum (HNHM). The following colleagues also added some material: Zs. Bálint (HNHM), L. Ronkay (HNHM), A. Vojnits (HNHM) & É. Herczeg, and P. Gyulai (Miskolc). Many times S. and Z. Kovács (Sfintu Gheorghe, Covasna), the well-known Transylvanian lepidopterists, were also accompanied. Altogether 162 species are listed hereunder. A comparison with the Microlepidoptera list of Rournania (Popescu-Gorj 1984) was also made. The following three species are not mentioned by Popescu-Gorj (1984) but according to Z. Kovács (pers. comm.) the species are known from Rournania: Capricornia boisduvaliana Dup., Epinotia brunnichana L. and Pempeliella omatella Den. et Schiff. Ancylis paludana Barr. Froelichia textana Froel. is reported for the first time for Rournania. The exact collecting date and the number of specimens are only given in case of taxonomically and/or faunistically remarkable species.
