Holotype (female): [Hung., Vas m.], Csepreg, [talajcsapdázás (pitfall trapping)], 1973. VI. 20., [leg.:] Horvatovich S. The type is deposited in the Natural History Department of the Janus Pannonius Museum, Pécs. This species is especially similar to Dinaraea angustula, however, D. hungarica has one transversal impression on each of the abdominal tergites III— VI, while D. angustula has same on the abdominal tergites III-V.
