Dworakowska (in SMTD). - Paratypes: 1 F, same data as the holotype; 1 F, Gangtok, 1650 m, 2. III; 1 F, Geizing, 1700 m, Alnus nepalensis, 12. III. 1991,1. Dworakowska (in SMTD). Small, whitish with no distinct whitish hypodermal pattern. Apical cells of fore wing slightly smoky, 3rd and 4th apical cells the darkest. Length M 2.6, F 2.8 and 3.0 mm. Comparison. Male genitalia resemble those of K. alba Dwor. but anal tube appendage (Fig. 372) longer than upper pygofer appendage while in the last it is shorter. Penis bearing small protruding on manubrium, its stem broad in side view and its dorsal outline emarginated basally (Fig. 375); in posterior view (Fig. 373) the stem is broader than in K. alba. Paramere (Figs 367, 368) with broad straight extension at apex; in K. alba extension of paramere is narrow and sinuate. Koperta lata sp. n. (Figs 376-384) Type material. - Holotype male: India, W Bengal, Okalji, Darjeeling, 9. IX. 1912, H. Stevens (in BMNH). - Paratypes: 1 M, Darjeeling, [1400 m], 9. X. 1917, H. Stevens; 1 F, Sikkim, Gangtok, 1650 m, Souroza nepalensis, 2. III; 1 M, Gangtok, N H-wy, 1800 m, 3. Ill; 7 M, 3 F, Rumtek, 1700 m, Souroza nepalensis, 6. III. 1991, I. Dworakowska (in BMNH, SMTD, NMNH and HNHM). Robust. Vertex short, coronal suture long. Face of male, vertex and anterior margin of pronotum orange-ochre. Remaining parts of upper part of thorax ochre-red. Female paler. Basal triangles and two roundish patches on vertex (Fig. 377), blackish. Apex of anteclypeus infuscated. Fore wing sordid brownish, clavus and adjacent part of corium suffused with red, wax-field dark brown. Length M 3.9-4.2, F -4.1 mm. In male genitalia the most characteristic is is strongly asymmetrical penis bearing, except two asymmetrical appendages at sides of the stem, also up to 5 apical appendages (Figs 379, 382). Subgenital plate structure: enormously enlarged dorso-lateral lobe and narrow, feeble apical part are unique among species of Kapsa. Mandera inquinata sp. n. (Figs 398-406) Type material. - Holotype male: W Sikkim, Geizing, 1550 m, Magnoliaceae tree, 12. m. 1991,1.
