Aylala inconspicua sp. n. (Figs 294-309) Type material. - Holotype male: Sikkim, Gangtok, N H-wy, 1800 m, 3. III. 1991,1. Dworakowska (in SMTD). - Paratypes: 14 M, 22 F, same data as the holotype; 2 F, Rumtek, 1800 m, 6. Ill; 22 M, 36 F, W Sikkim, Geizing, 1700 m, 12. III. 1991, I. Dworakowska (in SMTD, NMNH and HNHM). Other material. 1 M, 1 F (teneral), W Sikkim, Pelling, 11. III. 1991,1. Dworakowska. Ivory. Coloured pattern better expressed in female. The patches transversely stripped in Fig. 295 ochre or orange, sometimes partly ochre-red; in darker specimens two central roundish patches on pronotum and basal triangles brown. Tip of scutellum blackish. Fore wing whitish with orange-red, ochre or yellowish patches (transversely stripped in Fig. 306). Two patches at both ends of wax-field blackish-brown. Pattern in apical part of wing (obliquely stripped in Fig. 306) smoked. In most of males patches in apical half of clavus are joined by superimposed brownish suffusion. Sometimes all patches are brown and then they are separate; on the other extreme, in some specimens clavus and adjacent part of corium or even whole commissural half of wing is yellow. Veins whitish. Tip of valva brownish-black. Length M 3.2-3.3, F 3.2-3.4 mm. Male genital apparatus characteristic by slim penis stem with small lateral subterminal and longer terminal processes (Figs 298, 299), lamellate, well sclerotized and very dark, bifurcated apically upper pygofer appendage (Figs 300, 302, 307, 309) and by long, sinuate caudal extension of paramere (Figs 303-305). Chagria gen. n. Type-species: Typhlocyba sikkimensis Datta et Ghosh Vertex slightly produced, rounded anteriorly, head slightly narrower than maximum width of pronotum, pronotum at least twice longer than vertex, coronal suture distinct (Fig. 311). Transition vertex to face slightly rounded, face elongated, convex (Fig. 314). Lorae small, anteclypeus narrowing in its ventral part, lateral frontal sutures complete, deeply incised (Fig. 316). Wings (Figs 325, 326) as in Arboridia Zachv. but 4th apical cell in fore wing bigger and av in hind wing at the very costal margin. Male genitalia unique. Most of the parts of integgument of 9 segment heavily sclerotized. Dorsal bridge very narrow, not including tergite. Genital capsule almost spherous. Anal tube very short, not reaching dorso-caudal angle of pygofer; the 10 segment consists of well sclerotized semiring anteriorly bearing large anal tube appendages and desclerotized short tube posteriorly; distinct lateral ligaments joining anal tube with penis apodeme (Fig. 310). Subgenital plate tubular, slightly exceeding pygofer, terminated on contrastly sclerotized and desclerotized parts, curved and twisted laterad (Figs 310, 324). Pygofer short and high, consisting of three sclerites divided by less sclerotized parts; sculpture rich, especially on terminal lobe; setosity consists of small feeble microsetae on two more cephalic sclerites; small upper pygofer appendage articulates with anal tube (Figs 315, 318). Subgenital plate (Fig. 313) tubular, well sculptured on ventral side, with medium size macrosetae and differentiated microsetae; the microsetae of the basal group thick, stout, large, situated on not differentiated marginal plica. Paramere (Fig. 324)
