Holotype (o_) and 29 paratypes (10 00 + 19 66) are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest; Hym. Typ. Nos 7301 (holotype) and 7302-7330 (paratypes). The new species, Bracon (Bracon) extasus sp. n., is nearest to B. (B.) ko zák Telenga, 1936 (USSR) by their common features as posteriorly weakening sculpture of tergites and light colour of body. They are distinguished by the following specific features: B . kozak Telenga 1. Eye in dorsal view protruding and somewhat more than twice as long as temple (Fig. 5). 2. Antenna with 29-34 joints (0.0. )• B. extasus sp . n . 1. Eye in dorsal view not protruding and less than twice as long as temple (Fig . l) . 2. Antenna with (19-)20-22 (go) as well as (19-) 21-24 (Oct) joints.
