Bembidion azurescens H. Wagner, 1930 Distributed in Europe, mainly in mountainous regions. Hungarian localities: Börzsöny Mts. (Endrôdi 1974), Fekete-Körös, Gyula (Ádám 1981). Bembidion lunatum (Duftschmid, 1812) Distributed in Europe, Siberia and Mongolia. Older data are known from Budapest and Kalocsa (Kuthy 1896*. Recently, it was found in the Bakony Mts. (Tóth 1973*. Debrecen and Szôce (Horvatovich 19791. Bembidion striatum (Fabricius, 1792) Distributed from France in Siberia. Hungarian localities: Kalocsa (Kuthy 1896*, Makó (Halász 1902), Bátorliget (Kaszab and Székessy 1953), Börzsöny Mts. (Endrödi 1974*. Me­csek Mts. (Horvatovich 1977). Brachinus nigricornis Gebler, 1829 Distributed in Europe, except the northern parts. Hungarian localities: Kétegyháza (Ádám 1981), KNP (Ádám and Merkl 1896). Bradycellus csikii Laczó, 1912 Distributed in North and Middle Europe. One single locality is known from Hungary: Inárcs (Ádám and Merkl 1986*. It is expected to occur in material of other light traps, too. Bradycellusverbasci (Duftschmid, 1812) Distributed from the Mediterranean Region through Middle Europe to Sweden. Hun­garian localities are restricted to Western and Southern Transdanubia: e. g. Hencsehedre­hely, Magyaregregy, Paie, Szalafô (Horvatovich 1981a). Dicheirotrichus rufithorax (Sahlberg, 1817* Distributed in Europe and Western Siberia. Sporadical in our country, mainly along large rivers and lakes. Hungarian localities: Káposztás me gye r (Hajóss 1930), Mosonmagyar­óvár (Révy 1943*. Pellérd (Horvatovich 1978*. Dyschirius extensus Putzeys, 1846 Halophilous species. Distributed in Europe. Hungarian localities: Lake Fertő, Lake Velence, Szikra 'Horvatovich 1974), Bugac. Lakitelek (Ádám and Merkl 1986). Harpalus cordatus (Duftschmid, 1812) Distributed in Europe, including the European part of the Soviet Union. Hungarian localities: Budapest, Párád, Sopron (Kuthy 1896), Kőszegi Mts. (Kaszab 1937), Bakony Mts. (Tóth 1973), Bugac (Ádám and Merkl 1986). Harpalus melleti Heer, 1837 Distributed in Europe. Under the name " melleti", no more than two Hungarian local­ities have been published: Kislöd (Tóth 1973) and Zselic (Horvatovich in press). However, the specimens mentioned from the KNP by Ádám and Merkl (1986) under the name "schauber­gerianus" are actually identical with "melleti" in the sense of Lindroth (1971). The present paper follows Lindroth's (1971) conception. Parophonus complanatus (Dejean, 1829) Distributed in Middle and East Europe. Hungarian localities: Bakony Mts. (Tóth 1973), Nagykovácsi (Mészáros et al. 1984b).
