Segments; segment I about as long as half of distance between antennái sockets. Pronotum very densely and finely punctate, punctuation almost invisible because of dense pubescence; about as long as broad; widest at base but width measured anterior to constriction almost equal to basal width; disc with 4 indistinct impressions. Elytra strongly convex and broad, widest in apical 1/3; surface extremely roughly sculptured; with coarse, sparse punctures and highly elevated, irregular, plicate intervals making the surface creased; with some barely discernible, shallow impressions; pubescence short, decumbent, inconspicuous, somewhat denser in basal 1/6 and along suturai margin, elsewhere sparser; impressed spots glabrous. Legs moderately long and slender, with scanty pubescence; fore tibiae near­ly straight, unarmed; middle and hind tibiae very weakly arched, with a row of small den­ticles along inner margin.
