Remarks: On the ground of the shape of rostrum and pteromorpha, the short and wide genal teeth and the from of the custodium, the new species is well related to the genus Kilimabates Mahunka, 1984 from the Ethiopian Region. It is distinguished from the type species by the dentate tutorium, and the form of lamellae or sensillus, however, the relationship is certain. Tectoribates transcriptus sp.n.
