BANASZAK (Received 15 September, 1983) Abstract: Fifteen species of Anthophorini are reported from the Mongolian People's Republic, ten being new to the fauna of Mongolia. A new species: Anthophora kaszabi is described. , The basis of this paper is the material deposited in the collection of the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest**. It was collected by Dr. Z. KASZAB during his expeditions (19631968) to Mongolia. Fifteen species of the tribus Anthophorini are enumerated in alphabetical order with detailed collecting data and zoogeographlcal notes. The locality data published here are verbatim transcription of the labels. As for the numbers in parentheses, see the detailed ecological information given by KASZAB (1963, 1965, 1966, 1968).
