Mt. 1 d: Telkibánya, Kutyaszorító. - Slovakia: 1 g: Lower Tatra, Breznó, Bystra, 500-700 m. 1 d: Lower Tatra, Breznó, Zálomy, 600-700 m. - Transylvania (Romania): 1 g: Radnaborberek (= Valea Vinului). 1 g: Retyezát Mts. (= Retezat). - VI-VIII. Appendix The LINEIPES-group Apanteles ate Nixon, 1973, o* novus - Previously I have reported it under the name of A. coniferae (Haliday, 1834) (PAPP 1973). The recent comparison of my three male specimens with a female paratype proved that my males represent A . ate . They are similar to the female excepting sexual features. Head behind eye strongly rounded. Punctation of mesonotum somewhat more discrete, interspaces less shiny. Stigma eventually elongate. Body 2.3-2.5 mm long (o: 3.2 mm). - The female paratype of A. ate was kindly loaned to me by T. HUDDLESTON (London), for which I express my sincere thanks. - NIXON (1973) in his monography had ranged his species into the metacarpalis-group, however, in my comprehension, the following species (including A. ate, too) belong to my lineipes-group (PAPP 1980): A. ate Nixon, 1973, A. bres Nixon, 1973, A. coniferae (Haliday, 1834), A. eredne Nixon, 1973, A. laevissimus (Ratzeburg, 1848), A. longicalcar Thomson, 1895, A. petrovae Walley, 1937 (= A. dioryctriae Wilkinson, 1937, = A. murinanae Capek et Zwölfer, 1957). - Described from Sweden and England. New to the fauna of Hungary . Localities: - 1 cf: Bakonybél, Vörös János-séd. 2 d: Fenyőfő, Kisszépalma. - V. Apanteles coniferae (Haliday, 1834) - Most recently, after my survey on the European species of lineipes-group (PAPP 1980, 1981b), among the unnamed Apanteles-m ate rial from Hungary I have discovered a specimen which proved to represent this species. Comparing my female specimen with a female originating from England and identified by D. S. WILKINSON in 1940 the two specimens deviate from each other in a few features tabulated below: g specimen from Hungary 1. First tergite relatively narrow, 1.8 times longer than wide at base. 2. rl and cuqul meeting less angularly. 3. Metacarp less long, distinctly thrice longer than distance between its distal tip and apex of radial cell. 4. Ocelli small, distance between fore and a hind ocelli somewhat longer than greatest diameter of an ocellus. g specimen from England 1. First tergite less narrow, 1.4-1.5 times longer than wide at base. 2. rl and cuqul meeting angularly. 3. Metacarp long, six times longer than distance between its distal tip and apex of radial cell. 4. Ocelli less small, distance between fore and a hind ocelli shorter than greatest diameter of an ocellus. Distributed in the western Palaearctic Region as far eastwards as Azerbaidzhan and Tadzhikistan in the USSR. New to the fauna of Hungary. Locality: - 1 g: Bakonyszentlátszló, "osfenyves" (Dicrano-Pinetum). - V. Division of the Apanteles Förster species in Hungary according to species-groups It seems reasonable to give an account on the species-assemblage in Hungary of each species-group within the genus Apanteles Förster. Here the list of species is compiled for tne laevigatus-, lineipes-, obscurus-, ater, longipalpis-, ultor, butalidis, vipio, laspeyresiella-, merula, falcatus, validus, circum s c riptus , carbonarius, pallipes, fraternus- and parasitellae-group. LAEVIGATUS-group albipennis (Nees, 1834) appellator Telenga, 1949 artissimus Papp, 1971 = abila Nixon, 1972 breviventris (Ratzeburg, 1848) = mesoxanthus Ruschka, 1917 = nilae Telenga, 1961 celsus Papp, 1975 cheles Nixon, 1972
