arctic Region. New to the fauna of Hungary. I have spécimens (1 $> + 1 6) from Formosa (= Tai­wan), Oriental Region, too. Locality. 1 g: Budapest, Kissvábhagy, VII. Protomicroplitis marginata (I ees, 1834) Mesonotum densely punctate. Outer sloe of hind coxa with almost confluent punctation. Tegula, legs and sternites yellow to pale yellow. - Distribution: Recorded in several European countries. In Hungary a rare species. Its locality (Mátra Mts., Muzsla; recorded by me (PAPP 1959b) under j.^ marginata Nees refers to P. scotica (Marshall). Localities. 1 6: Telkibáhya, Kutyaszorító. - Slovakia. 1 g: Bártfa, rez. Becherovská. - VI, 1 g + 1 6. Protomicropli t is scotica (Marshall, 1885) Since its redescription on the* basis of female and male specimens (PAPP 1960b), several new localities have been found in our country, furthermore in Slovakia too. Distributed sporadi­cally in the Palaearctic Region. Csergő Mt., Hertnická dolina. 1 j: Zdiar, Magurka. - TV-VH, 6 o_ + 4 0^. Protomicroplitis spreta (Marshall, 1885) A pair of recumbant U-shaped sulci on second tergite is very characteristic for this species. Face, mesonotum, propodeum and first tergite behind strongly punctate. Antenna short. Legs yel­low. - Distribution: England, Hungary, the European part of the USSR; a rare species.
