GERGELY for her extensive help. Faunistically interesting Microlepidoptera Micropteryx thunbergella F. - It was previously known in Hungary from Kaposvár (leg. Nattán), Szekszárd (leg. Erdős), Csákvár (leg. Szőcs), Budapest (leg. Uhryk, Schmidt), Mátraháza (light trap). We collected 7 specimens at Rostalló (8.V. 1976, 9.IV. 1977, 20.IV.

1977). The peak of activity of the adults is in early afternoon, at light we observed only a single specimen in twilight. Incurvaria oehlmanniella Tr. - Its known localities from Hungary: Szentpéterfölde (light trap), Kőszeg (leg. Kesselyák), ó"csa (leg. Szőcs), Kaposvár (leg. Pazsiczky), Budapest (leg. Uhryk, Gabrieli), Börzsöny Mts. (leg. Erdős), Felsőtárkány (light trap), the sole specimen was caught at Rostalló (16.VI. 1977) on light. Nemaphora pfelfferella Hbn. - Hungarian data: Simontornya (leg. Pillich), Bánk (collector unknown). Only one specimen was collected on the flower of Chrysanthemum corymbosum in late afternoon. Lamellocossus terebrus F. - Has been known only from a few localities: Kaposvár (leg. Nattan), Szombathely (light trap), Mecsek Mts. (leg. Fazekas, pers. comm.), Szakonyfalu, Lónya-Tiszakerecseny, Zemplén Mts. (Gyulai at al., 1979). Data from Rostalló: 15.

Vn.1977. Solenobia nickerli Hein. - It was collected in Hungary in the Pilis Mts. (leg. Szőcs), Solymár (leg. Agócsy), Budapest (leg. Szőcs), Mátra Mts. (leg. Szőcs). New data: Rostalló, 8.V.

1976, a single specimen, 26.III. 1977, large number of specimens. Imagoes were flying in old beech forests, usually in early morning. The sacs we found on Fagus-trunks, imagoes (16) emerged on the end of march. Argyresthia sorbiella Tr. - It was new to fauna of Hungary (SZABÓKY, 1980). Argyresthia brockeella Hbn. - The first record of this species was from Keszthely (SZOCS, 1973). New data: Fenyőfő, 21 .VIII. 1979, Mátraszentistván, 19.VII.

1980, both were collected by SZABOKY; Sopron 17.VII. 1980, light trap, Rostalló, 24.VII. 1978. Presumably It occurs in localities wooded by old birch galleries. Caloptilia falconipennella Hbn. - Data from Hungary: Szentpéterfölde (leg. Szőcs), Kaposvár (leg. Pazsiczky), Kisújszállás (leg. Erdős), Drávafok (leg. Szalay, pers. comm.). On the western slope of Nagy-Gereben hill, in oak scrub forest in the afternoon and at twilight two specimens each, 7.XI. 1975 and 6.XI.

1976, ten specimens on light on 6.XI. 1977. Caloptilia elongella L. - It was previously known from Budapest (leg. Uhryk, Gabrieli), Simontornya (leg. Pillich) and Pécs (BALOGH, 1978). At Rostalló some specimens were collected in alder-valley. Larval foodplant besides Alnus, is Betula (HERCZIG at al., 1980). N

iphonympha albella Z. - It was new to the fauna of Hungary in 1973 (SZOCS). New data: Zalaszántó (light trap), Keszthely Mts.: Hegyhát (leg. Ronkay), Rezi (light trap); Uzsabánya (light traph), Pusztamiske (leg. Szabóky), Fenyőfő (leg. Szabóky), Jósvafő (leg. Szabóky). At Rostalló we collected three specimens (15.VI.

1977, 22.VII.

1978, 5.Vin.l980). Roesslerstammia pronubella Den. et Schiff. - Hungarian data: Szentpéterfölde (light trap), Homokkomárom (leg. Károlyi), Budapest (leg. Uhryk), Budakeszi (leg. Szabóky), Mátrafüred (leg. Jablonkay), Bükk Mts. (leg. Reskovits). Only one specimen was collected at Rostalló on light (13. VI.

sserella F. - In Hungary it is a very rare species; known data: Izsák (leg. Schmidt), Mátra Mts. (leg. Mihályi), Bükk Mts. (leg. Gozmány, Reskovits), Zemplén Mts. (leg. Gozmány, at Istvánkut), we caught only a single specimen (10.VH. 1977) at Rostalló. Semioscopis strigulana F. - This species was collected in Hungary in Sopron (light trap), Fenyőfő (leg. Tallós), Csévharaszt (leg. Szőcs), Kunfehértó (light trap), Tompa (light trap), Bükk Mts. (leg. Jablonkay). Data from Rostalló: 9.IV.
