Half of the fourteen specimens examined had prominent spines proximally on the antiaxial surface of femora I and II, directed anterolaterally on femur I, posterolaterally on femur II. Six of seven specimens with these spines were males; all without spines were females. Material examined: Fourteen specimens from samples 19, 21, 22, 68, 69, 75. Dimensions: Average ventral length of eight specimens 509 u (range 482-521 u); average maximum notogastral width 329 u (range 308-357 ^i). Cerotegument: Distinctly reticulate on both body and legs; often with small particles of adherent debris; tubercles absent or relatively small, conical stalk with globular tip. Subfilamentous on sensillus.
