The present specimen agrees well with the original description of campestris Stary (19 62), except for the petiole a little more slender and the ovipositor sheath different in hair arrangement. Eye bare; distance between posterior ocelli 2. 5 times as long as minor axis of , ace (fig. 11) 1/2.4 as broad as head. Antenna with 20 or 21 segments; 1st flagellar segment 5 times as long as broad at base and longer than the 2nd (7:5). Mesoscutum moder­ately arched, falling rather gently into pronotum and densely hairy almost all over. Petiole (fig. 12) nearly smooth but weakly rugose laterally, longer than breadth at spiracle (3:2), with more than 20 hairs. Ovipositor sheath (fig. 14) slender, with 2 nail-form bristles at apex. Fore wing: stigma 3. 5 times as long as broad; metacarp distinctly shorter than stigma (3:5); radius 2. 5 times as long as breadth of stigma; 1st abscissa of cubitus decolored partly; re­current vein partly decolored or effaced. Abdomen dark brown, a little paler than propodeum; at least petiole on apical 1/4 and 2nd to 4th tergite mesially faintly yellowish; in some speci­mens 2nd tergite yellowish brown on basal 1/2. Wings hyaline; stigma and veins yellowish brown. Legs dirty yellow. 6. Unknown. Locality. Central aimak: Ulan-Baator, Nucht im Bogdo ul, 1600 m, 27. VIII. 1965 (Nr. 486), 1 o, Tosgoni ovoo, 10 km N von Ulan-Baator, 1700-1900 m, 23-24. VII. 1967 (Nr. 926a), 1 o and Bugijn az achuj im Geb. Bogdo ul, 36 km SW von Ulan-Baator, 1650 m, 10. VI. 1968 (Nr. 939), 1 Praon sp. This species appears to be distinct from any other species, but is unnamed at this time, since further material are necessary to give a scientific name.
