Material examined: Holotypus (428-HO-79): Vértes locality; 1 ex. paratype collected with holotype, 2 ex. paratypes (428-PO-79) found at Szendehely. Holotype and 2 ex. paratypes are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum; 1 ex. paratype in author's collection.. Remarks: There are two Suctobelbella species: S. diffissa Moritz, 1973 and S. pin­ niger Mahunka, 19 78, characterized by the presence of barbed notogastral hairs. However, Fig. 1. In addition, the shape and number of rostral teeth are quite different. All these characters can be used for separating the new taxon from the other two congeners.
