Valleys and the rich vegetation along the bank of rivers. Neither is it missing from the deserts and semi-desert areas or from the sandy lowlands, where, in general, it lives on Caragana, or more seldom on Tamarix. It is a species of wide ecological valency which occupies both moist and dry biotopes. It flies towards artificial light source,too. Table 1. However, Kalmanius £lavomarginatus was more frequent in biotopes at higher altitudes: it was collected mostly between I5OO-2OOO m. Neverthless, Dolichonabis nigrovittatus seems
