Soutellum separated from the mesosoutum by a markedly line of points behind limited by a similar-semicircular pointed line. The spine of the postsoutellum bending downwards. Propodeum with very short hairs and bearing a small translucent tooth on both sides. Pore wings more than three times as long as thiok, posteriorly with short, fine marginal -oiliae. Suboostal vein well separated from the wing margin, stigma! vein almost twioe the length of the marginal one, twioe and a little more longer than wide; postmarginal vein as long as the marginal one. Hind wing with a subcostal vein and with three hooks. First segment at apex a little more than four times wider than long in the middle, with distinct regular striâtions. Second tergite longer than the first one,almost twioe as wide as long at its apex,striated, between these striations with very fine punotures, laterally olosely reticulated.
