Age: W III. 5 4 ON THE "KISKEVÉLY TYPE TO OTH - В L AD ES " During the cave excavations made in our country these peculiarly split cave bear teeth are found in a rather large quantity and they had become conspicious at a very early date. These "tools" used to emerge during our classical cave excavations. Hun­garian scholars usually accept Jenő Hillebrand' s view which he had outlined in his paper on the Balla cave. Even if some doubts had emerged at all, nobody rejected completely the artificially manufactured nature of these objects. (Though foreign li­terature was sceptical).
