42 I. VÖRÖS — radius — corpus ulnae dext. (Fig. 7,2). The prox. epiphysis of radius and the olecranon are broken off. The volar surface of the diaphysis is deeply concave. On the dorsal surface of distal epiphysis the fossae tendinae are deeply impressed. The fossa tendinae of m. ext. dig. communis is the deepest, its width is 13,2 mm. The latero-medial proc. styloidei are strongly developed. — metacarpus dext. (Fig. 6,3). The dist. tubera ligamenti are strongly developed. — metacarpus II. dext. fr. (mc 2). Its distal end has broken off. Its length is 110 mm, the width of prox. epiph. is 11,5 mm. Its thickness is 14 mm. — femur dext. (Fig. 7,1). The trochanter major has broken off. The width of the diaphysis at the trochanter tertius and minor is 47 mm, at the intertrochanteria is 60 mm. The length of caput femoris is 53 mm, its width is 48 mm. The length of fovea capitis is 24 mm, its height is 17 mm. The length of trochanter tertius is 27 mm. — astragalus dext. (Fig. 11,3). — metatarsus sin. et dext. (Figs. 6,1 — 2). The cross-section of the diaphysis and its distal end is a flat elliptical one, in the middle of the ventral side it is circular with angles while at the proximal end it is latero-medially flattened; at thedorsomedial side in the upper approx. 1/3 part of the diaphysis it is narrowing into an edge. At the lateral surface of proc. epiph. the impression of vein is deep. The dist. tubera ligamenti are strongly developed. — os phalangis I. dext. ant. (Fig, 5,1 ). The dist. tubera lingamenti are strongly developed. — os phalangis II. dext. post. (Fig. 5,2). — os phalangis III. dext. post. (Fig. 5,3). Neolithic A., Early Neolithic (Körös culture, Fig. 1.) 5. S^ajol-F elsőföld (The 1974 exavation of P. Raczky) 9 — os phalangis. I. dext. ant. (Fig. 11,2). The medial side of prox. epiph. is straight with traces of polishing. It is conspicuous that the tubera and foveae ligamenti of dist. epiph. have not developed yet. The measurement of the width of dist. epiph. is the same as those of the trochlea. Localization: house, between 30 and 55 cm. 6. Hódme^ővásárhely-Bod^áspart (The 1948 excavation of J. Banner and J. Korek) 10 —P : i sin. (Fig. 8,2). The length of the crown is 24 mm, its width is 22,2 mm. The lenght of protoconus is 7 mm. The height of the crown is 50 mm. 9 Vörös, I., Előzetes jelentés a kora neolitikus Szajol-Felsőföld telep állatcsontleleteiről. •(1978) MS.; Id., FA 31(1980) 35—64. 1 0 Bökönyi, S., Acta Arch.
