Clinical significance of the effects determining gingival margin microcirculation

According to the research concept of the former and present heads of Department of Conservative Dentistry, investigations on the field of operative dentistry and endodontics should be performed by experienced clinicians. Only investigators with roots in everyday dental practice are able to increase the number of reports that have clinical relevance.

In this paper representative experiments are presented to show the efforts in providing scientifically documented evidence base of clinical procedures.
