duzzanatot okoz a bőrsziget vérellátása szempontjából fontos nagy izomlemez. Kb. három hónap után a transzplantatum belesimul környezetébe, hegedés, zsugorodás nincs, így a környező bőrrel azonos tapintató, lágy, rugalmas, az esztétikai eredmény jó. A mikrovaszkuláris sebészet jelenleg nem tekinthető hazánkban rutin szájsebészeti beavatkozásnak. Az ehhez szükséges technikai feltételek is csak igen kevés helyen adottak. A mikrosebészet azonban gyors léptekkel fejlődik, s remélhetőleg a közeljövőben mind több intézetben válik lehetővé a mikrosz­kópos sebészeti beavatkozás. IRODALOM: 1.
