Az érlekötések nyomán kapott eredményeinket összefoglalva feltételezzük, hogy az a. carotis ext. egyoldali lekötése után az azonos oldali nyelvfél vérkeringését az ellenoldali a. carotis externából, ill. az azonos oldali a. carotis internéből eredő kollaterális ágak együttesen biztosítják. Összefoglalás A nyelv regionális vérátáramlását határozták meg normális állapotban, majd egyoldali a. lingualis, azonos oldali a. carotis ext., végül bilaterális a. carotis ext.-lekötés után kutyában. Харшинг: Исследование регионарного кровотока языка на собаках методом вымивания водородного газа Определяли региональный кровоток языка на собаках в нормальных условиях, после односторонной перевязки языгной артерии, после односторонной перевязки внешней сонной артерии и наконец после двухсторонной перевязки внешней сонной артерии. Результаты экспериментов — соответственно морфологическим данным — подкрепляют многостороннее кровоснабжение языка и наличие значительного коллатерального кровообращения. Fazekas, Ä., Е. Pósch a. L. Hársing: Regional lingual blood flow-measured with the Hj gas wash-out technique in the dog Regional blood flow of the tongue was measured in anesthetized dogs under control conditions, after unilateral ligation of the lingual, of the ipsilateral external carotid, and finally of the bilateral external carotid arteries. In agreement with morphological findings, the results are indicative of the complex blood supply of the tongue, and of an abundant collateral circulation. Fazekas, Ä., E. Pósch u. L. Hársing: Bestimmung der regionalen Zungendurchblutung mit der Нг-A uswasch methode beim Hund Die regionale Zungendurchblutung wurde am narkotisierten Hund ohne weitere vorangehende Massnahmen, nach Ligatur der einen A. lingualis, der gleichseitigen A. carotis ext., und zuletzt der A. carotis ext. auf beiden Seiten bestimmt. Übereinstimmend mit morphologischen Befunden belegen die Ergebnisse die komplexe Art der Blutversorgung der Zunge und das Vorliegen eines reichlichen Kollateralkreislaufes.
