SZILÁGYI KLÁRA Felsőoktatási Koordinációs Iroda, Budapest A TANÁCSADÁS MINT HUMÁN SZOLGÁLTATÁS ABSTRACT: (Coordination office for Higher Education Consultation as a Human service) One of the means of humanization of the school may be setting consultant teachers to work. In Hungary there has not been any type of cosultant training so far, that is why the social-teacher subject started in Eger in 1991 is a pioneering interprise. The task of the consultant teacher is to heltp students to bring their decisions (e.g. in the following issues: change of school, learning difficulties, career of profession) For the consultant teachers we have adapted systems aided by computers, called "compass". "The compass" can be used for development of the self-knowledge too, giving information about the aptitudes level and the interests structure. The computer - aided advisory systems mean a new system of means in the Hungarian schools and make more effective transmission of information possible. Az újrarendeződő magyar társadalom működőképessége és sikeressége nagymértékben függ azoktól a szocializációs folyamatoktól, amelyeket biztosít a jövendő generációk számára. A szocializációs folyamatok meghatározottak a társadalmi tradícióktól, amelyek az adott társadalom működőképességét meghatározzák és nagymértékben függ azoktól a megjelenő új lehetőségektől, amelyek a társadalom fejlődését, mozgását szabályozzák. A körülöttünk lévő európai országokban ezeket a folyamatokat figyelembevéve a fiatalok számára évtizedek óta működtetnek különböző tanácsadó rendszereket, amelyek segítenek a társadalmi mozgásokban való eligazodásban.
