The second period, the one after the passing the Law in 1962, the author elaborated by accentuating the beginnings of indépendant development of the archival service in Croatia, in relation to rules which were applied in the rest territory of ex-Yugoslavia, until the still valid Law on Preservation of Archives and Repositories from 1978 and Draft of New Archival Law, which passing is in the course.
