Idézi: Caricchio, i. m. 19 Az angol tanulmányokban ugyan a nyomtatott és különösen a kéziratos kultúra feltérképezése (pl. a kisebb levéltárak, magángyűjtemények anyagának feldolgozása) is az egyik legfontosabb mai feladatként szerepel, ebből a szempontból a magyar kutatás irigylésre méltó helyzetben van. A nyomtatott anyag feldolgozása a Régi magyar könyvtár és a Régi magyarországi nyomtatványok tára kereteiben történt meg, míg a kéziratos anyag célzott feldolgozására Pirnát Antal tett úttörő, a nemzetközi szakirodalomban is jól ismert lépéseket (Pirnát Antal: Die Ideologie der Siebenbürger Antitrinitarier, 1961; ebben a felhasznált kéziratok leírását is adja). Az ő nyomdokain haladva Varjas Béla, Dán Róbert, Keserű Bálint, majd a legtermékenyebben mindmáig Balázs Mihály ért el további fontos eredményeket, utóbbi nem utolsósorban a Bibliotheca Dissidentium négy kötetének (XII, XV, XXIII, XXVI, Baden-Baden 1990-2008) összeállításával. A kéziratos anyag feldolgozása kapcsán megemlítendő még a Kelemen Lajos és Lakó Elemér gyűjtéséből készített szegedi katalógus: The Manuscripts of the Unitarian College of Cluj/Kolozsvár in the Library of the Academy in Cluj/Napoca, Szeged, 1997. I—II. 20 Kevin Brownlow és Andrew Mollo rendezett egy Winstanley-ről szóló, a történeti hűségre nagyon ügyelő, ugyanakkor jelenkori áthallásoktól egyáltalán nem mentes, kis költségvetésű filmet (Winstanley, 1975). Caryl Churchill drámája, aLight Shining in Buckinghamshire (1976) már címét is egy digger pamfletből veszi, sőt Hill említett könyve (The World Turnéd Upside Down) is színpadra került 1976-ban. Szintén ebben az évben írt dalt (Digger's Song) a diggerekről Leon Rosselson, ezt később Billy Bragg The World Turnéd Upside Down címen újra feldolgozta. A feldolgozásokat ismerteti: Hessayon, i. m.
