Joseph C. and Barbara J. Portiban were honored at a

special luncheon given by the members of the United Church of Christ in Bridgeport, CT on January 17, 2016.

We celebrated Barbara's birthday and the retirement of Joseph as Chief Elder of the churh after 42 years. Congratulations to them both!
