All Ministers, members of the Consistory, Presbytery or Church Council, their families and guests are cordially invited to attend. A tentative agenda will be mailed out soon. For those churches that have not been represented at our meetings in past years, I ask that you make a special effort this year to attend. At the very least, each church should be able to send one representative. We look forward to seeing and meeting our Christian brothers and sisters at this annual conference. Last year's slight change in the agenda, along with the wonderful speakers, made the conference a place where Christian love was surely evident. I would like to continue to enhance our meetings with the speakers and discussion topics that we can share to strengthen our spiritual bonds through the love of Jesus Christ. Acts 20:28 Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood. Please remember to pay your assessment to the Treasurer prior to our meeting or bring it with you to the conference. Note that dues are $3 per Presbyter. If you have any questions, please email me at fkiralv@.hrctrenton.org Also, please share this information with your church leaders and others who wish to attend as guests. Remember to make your reservations at the Ligonier Ramada as soon as possible if you haven't done so already. Their phone number is 800-992-2694. You should mention that you are attending the conference at Bethlen Communities so the room may be obtained at a discounted rate. If you know of anyone else who should be on this mailing list, please let me know and I will include them in future mailings. May God bless you all. Hope to see more of you at this year's conference! ,, . .
