Calvin Synod Herald, 2012 (113. évfolyam, 1-12. szám)

2012-07-01 / 7-8. szám

6 CALVIN SYNOD HERALD all passed. The Assembly attended to un-finished business and at 11:35 a.m. closed with prayer and benediction by Bishop Poznan and Auxiliary Bishop Krasznai. With some sadness we bade farewell to each other, who through the last four days who come to know each other better, who displayed a love and concern for our Synod and prayerfully carried the life of each congregation and each member into the gracious presence of the Lord. As we embraced one another on our way home to church and loved ones waiting for us, we somehow felt that the time we shared together was worthwhile. We truly grew through each other’s faith. Old friendships were renewed and new friendships made. We knew that it will be awhile until we see each other again, but worth waiting for. Rev. Stefan M.
