Ohio, hosted the 2008 DISTRICT CONFERENCE OF PRESBYTERS & CHURCH WORKERS. It was open to all Congregation members, from youth to elders, and the theme was titled “Do You Know Why We Are Called Reformed?” Please look for a report on the Conference in the upcoming issue of the Calvin Synod Herald. The 62nd Annual Conference of the American Hungarian Reformed Presbyters' Association took place in Ligonier, PA. on Sunday, August 31st and Monday, September 1st. All members of the Consistory, Presbyter or Church Council, their families and guests were cordially invited to attend. Look for a report on the Conference in the upcoming issue of the Calvin Synod Herald. The Reformed Presbyterian Church of Manassas. Virginia continues its Share Jesus Without Fear. Each class is one to one­­and-a-half hours long, and there is daily homework. John Clair leads the class. Munhall.PA celebrates its 105th Anniversary on Sunday October 19, 2008 with a special church service at 10AM. Komjáthy, Pastor of the First Hungarian Reformed Church of Pittsburgh, PA underwent surgery in the UPMC Hospital in Pittsburgh recently, and now she is recuperating.
