Toth’s Installation and 20th Ministry Anniversary The congregation of the Hungarian Reformed Church of Lorain, Ohio, will celebrate the Installation of Pastor Toth and the 20th Anniversary of his ministry on November 4, 2006, at 2PM. There will be a celebratory worship service, and Rt. Rev. Karl Ludwig, Bishop, will install The Reverend Peter L. Toth as pastor of the Hungarian Reformed Church of Lorain. Annual Benefit Concert at FHRC-LA in California On Sunday, November 12, the First Hungarian Reformed Church of Los Angeles (www.hungarianreformedla.com) will hold their Annual Benefit Concert to raise money for the Hungarian Autistic Center in Gyöngös (www.ask.ofm.hu). Guests are invited to attend the 11AM Worship Service, followed at 12:30PM by a Gala Luncheon. The concert is scheduled to begin at 2:30PM. This is a unique opportunity to hear an exciting and exceptionally talented group of performing artists, including László Cser, Sándor Balia, Zsuzsa Balia, András Maxim and Judy Hódos! The unique voice of Sándor Balia (baritone) has mesmerized many audiences in Europe and in the USA. This time besides the arias, Umberto Giordano (Andrea Chenier-Nemico della patria) Giachino Rossini (IL Barbiere di siviglia-Largo al factortum), Giuseppe Verdi (La Traviata-Di Provenza il mar, il suol), Giuseppe Verdi (Un Ballo in maschera), Ruggero Leoncavallo (Pagliacci- Si puo), he will also sing from a repertoire of Hungarian folk songs and operettas. As a surprise, a clarinet virtuoso will be introduced as well! We cordially invite everyone who likes classical music, quality opera and Hungarian operettas and folk songs to be part of this promising day!
