8 CALVIN SYNOD HERALD The Board of Directors, Residents and Staff of tlie Bethlen Home invite Members and Friends of The Hung arian Reformed Federation of America to the Ceremonial Groundbreaking for The New Bethlen Nursing Care Center Monday, September 4, 2000 11:00 a.m. The Groundbreaking Ceremony will begin in the Chapel during the course of the annual church service led each Labor Day by the American Hungarian Reformed Ministers’ Association and the American Hungarian Reformed Presbyters’ Association. After our worship of God, we will proceed to the building site where the Rt. Rev. Louis Medgyesi, Bishop of the Cal vin Synod Conference, U.C.C. and the Rt. Rev. Sándor Forro, Bishop of the Hungarian Reformed Church in America will lead the groundbreaking ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a picnic lunch will be served to «dl our guests. Nearing the 80th Anniversary of its founding, the Bethlen Home has a rich history of quality care giving, a Hungarian cultural identity, and the Reformed Church spirituality. With the construction of our new nursing and assisted living facility scheduled to begin March 1, 2001 (the beginning of our anniver­sary year), the Bethlen Home is preparing to serve its people and our Church with the same high level of dedication well into the future.
