Louis Novák 1 905-1 995 Rev. Louis Novák, Pastor Emeritus of the Presbyterian Church, USA, passed away on December 16, 1995, in Clearwater, FLat the age of 90. He was born in South Norwalk, CT and attended Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA; Reformed Seminary (Presbyterian), in Pittsburgh, PA., University of Budapest, and Oberlin College. Rev. Novak has pastorates in Pittsburgh, PA and Lakeland, FL. He organized the Magyar Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, where the Novak Fellowship Hall is named in his honor. He retired in 1977, only to come out of retirement to serve Bethel Presbyterian Church for 15 years. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Irene; sone, Marshall of Dade City; daughter, Dr. Lois Weiss, Tampa; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The Memorial Service was held Sunday, December 24,1995 at Bethel Presbyterian Church. Death is an inseparable part of human existence on earth. In life, we are in death; in death, we are in Life!
