The Bethlen Home

An Anniversary Banquet was held at Antiochian Village Center. Dr. Imre Bertalan delivered the inspirational keynote address. Mr. George Dózsa, Chairman of the Bethlen Home’s Board of Directors, introduced the former residents of the Children’s Home. They had the opportunity to give their personal accounts of their life at the Home. What an inspiration to all who attended the banquet!

On Sunday, October 28th an Anniversary Worship was held at the First Hungarian Reformed Church of Pittsburgh. This was an Ecumenical Service commemorating the fact that the Bethlen Home’s ministry to children began in Pittsburgh and was supported by both the Hungarian Reformed and the Hungarian Catholic Communities
