George Dózsa, President Outline of Minutes of the 36th Convention of The Hungarian Reformed Federation of America First Day - Monday, September 25, 2000 The Meeting was called to order by President George Dózsa at 8:11A.M. The opening worship was conducted both in English and Hungarian by the Rev. Imre A. Bertalan. The Convention Secretary, the Rev. Szabolcs Kalman, called the roll. He reported that out of 41 delegates, 39 were present and out of 16 Board members, 15 were present. A total of 54 voting delegates were present. President Dózsa declared that a quorum was present. President Dózsa officially greeted the Convention and gave a short history of our connection to Toledo. The new organizational structure of the HRFA was presented and voted upon. Second Day - Tuesday, September 26, 2000 The meeting was opened by President Dózsa at 8:38 A.M. Rev. Barnabas Roczey gave the morning devotion. Roll Call was made. All 41 delegates and 16 officers and directors are present. A total of 57. The advisors of the HRFA presented their reports: Medical Advisor Dr. Katalin Korossy; Actuary John Ballard; Financial Advisor A1 Eglow; and Legal Advisor Puskas. Mr. Steve Brunnetti, LIMRA Consultant, made a short presentation. Rev. Imre A. Bertalan, Executive Director and Mr. Michael Walker, Administrator of the Bethlen Home were called to give their reports. Rev. Bertalan thanked personally all those Board members who had also worked on the Board of the Bethlen Home, namely President Dózsa, Directors Pauli, Jr., Roczey, Csornán, Áros, Jalso, Morey, Szucs, and Torok.
